Bluebells
I was beginning to think I had missed the bluebells this year. We have had such a lot of rain in recent weeks it seemed that the spring was going to pass by. But today I decided to take a few hours off and fit in a visit to Hardcastle Crags. It was a lovely warm afternoon and the dappled sunlight in the woods was very attractive. These shots are a few examples from the afternoon.

Landscapes
I’ve posted a few landscapes taken in the last week. The tree is in Cumbria, taken in light rain, before the weather really closed in! The moorland pictures are Saddleworth Moor, as the sun was just cutting through the mist on Thursday morning 13th March…a lovely day to be up on the moor, calm and comfortably warm for mid-March…a day when it feels great to be outside.
