Last weekend I was defending my Photographer of the Year position of 2015 at the L&CPU Individuals’ Competition. This award is achieved by entering all the section of the competitions with four images per section, half prints and half projected images. I didn’t have great hopes, but was delighted to manage a second place overall at the end of the weekend. I was happy that a photographer whose work I love took the overall winning position, my friend Phil Barber. Well done and deserved Phil!. In fact I was surprised and happy to be in the top five. Below is the selection of pictures that I chose to use along with their scores out of 15, posted as a thumbnail sheet (most are already on the website at larger size).
